Here at Great Wave Aquatics we try our hardest to make sure every animal and plant we ship makes it to its destination safely, that means packaging as safely as possible and offering insulation when needed. However, know that we are not in control of how the item is handled in shipping!
In the even that any item doesn't make it to its destination alive we offer 100% full replacements for those items!

- CONTACT ME ON ARRIVAL WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE SHIPPING LABEL ARRIVAL TIME WITH ANY ISSUES! THIS MEANS INACTIVITY OR THOUGHTS THE SNAIL MIGHT BE DEAD! I WILL NOT HONOR REPLACEMENTS IF YOUR SNAIL SITS FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AFTER ARRIVING.
- IF YOUR WEATHER IS BELOW 50°F OR ABOVE 90° PLEASE HOLD AT POST OFFICE IF ITS GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN 4 HOURS TO GET TO YOUR PACKAGE AFTER ARRIVING!
