What are your shipping times like?
Shipping will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2:30pm CST on Monday - Friday (excluding snails) should be shipped out on the same day. Please note that I work a 12a-8a night shift job, so I will be working on orders in the evening. Orders containing snails will only be shipped on Monday or Wednesday and will require a 24-hour fast before shipping.
Do you offer a return policy?
On some items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

What determines what products are available?
We make every effort to ensure that our products are available for purchase. However, due to high demand, there may be instances where certain products are temporarily out of stock. If a product is out of stock, please check back at a later time or contact us for more information.

For orders containing snails, please note that they will only be shipped on Monday or Wednesday and will require a 24-hour fast before shipping. This fasting period is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of the snails during transit.
