  • Temperature - 68°F - 75°F

  • Water Hardness - 0 - 8 gH°
     
  • Lighting - low to medium full-spectrum LED lighting (6 - 8 hours); grows best in medium light, high light makes plant melt away

  • Placement / Height - Floating or attached to hardscape. Some people just throw it in and let it lay where it lays.

  • Propagation - Splitting or cutting the plant into smaller sections

  • CO2 - Not required but will increase growth slightly
     
  • Fertilizers - Not required but will increase growth slightly
     
  • Substrate - Doesn't matter what kind of substrate, floating plant that absorbs nutrients from water column.
