Crypt Wendtii Green Cryptcoryne Wendtii sp. is a stunning aquatic plant, perfect for any aquascape. Its bright green leaves create a calming atmosphere, making it a great addition to any ecosystem. This Crypt variety is easy to maintain and can survive in a range of temperatures.
Native to Southeast Asia, Borneo specifically, Crypt Wendtii Green grows at a slow to moderate rate and can be grown both submerged and emersed, and it's very easy to propagate. Crypt Wendtii Green is one of the most popular foreground and background plants in the hobby. It's my personal favorite plant! I love the way it grows, growing bright green leaves that grow upwards in a ruffled manner, up to 6 inches tall.
Crypts of all kinds are very slow to moderate growers, depending on nutrients. They really really appreciate fertilizers. They do not like being moved or unstable tank parameters as they will melt or die off. One good thing however is they will grow fine in moderate or low light, albeit a bit slower.
Our Crypt Wendtii Green comes shipped in a pot with rock wool, make sure you remove all the rock wool from the roots of the plant as it is a root feeder and can cause problems if it is not! Check out why this is my favorite plant in my aquascapes today!

All three Green Jade Mystery Snails were dead. I opened the box and floated their bag in my aquarium for about an hour. Opened bag and allowed them to sink to the bottom. After about 30 hours on the bottom it was obvious they were DOA! Last time I will try to purchase online with live product.
